Subscription services
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time, and you keep access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a billing period that has already begun, and partial periods are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or by contacting us.
Changing plans
Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately, and you are charged the difference for the remainder of the current period. Moving to a lower plan, or to a shorter billing interval, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
